2. How much weight can I lose?

Up to 5 kg in a week! 💪 It depends on how strictly you stick to it.

3. Do I have to starve?

Nope! Smoothies, snacks, and optionally one meal a day – you'll stay full.

4. Exercise during detox?

Yes, but in a relaxed manner. Yoga & walks are great! 🧘🚶

5. What to do when you get cravings?

Grab a snack or detox water. Distraction helps too! 😉

6. Coffee allowed?

Best not. Herbal tea is your friend! ☕🚫

7. Plan interrupted?

Don't stress – just keep going. It's all good!

8. Can I repeat the plan?

Sure! As often as you want – with breaks in between.

9. What after the 7 days?

Slowly return to normal eating & celebrate your success! 🎉
